NTA privacy policy

NTA Monitor regards privacy as one of its most important values and is committed to protecting your personal privacy. NTA Monitor wants you to know how your information is protected and what choices you have about its use.

The privacy policy clarifies NTA Monitor's commitment and defines how your privacy is safeguarded, how your personal information is treated and what choices you have.

User Registration

The NTA Monitor site may require user registration or form submission to obtain some information.

Visitor Information

Our website uses forms for customers to request information about NTA Monitor's penetration testing services, newsletter, ISN email bulletin and resources. We collect customers' contact information (for instance, email address) and information is collected at the time of an online subscription and a request for information.

This information is used to contact customers when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future electronic or direct mailings by emailing Sarah Turner at sarah.turner@nta-monitor.com. Your information will never be sold or distributed to third parties.

NTA Monitor's online surveys ask visitors for contact information (like their email address) and demographic information (like their address and zip/post code etc.). We do not use contact data from our surveys to send the user information about our company.

Website Log File

Like most websites, log files are generated that show the IP address of the visitor and the date, time and pages visited. Aggregate reports for web site visitors are generated that do not contain personally identifiable information.

Mailing Lists

NTA Monitor maintains subscription mailing lists for its own use. You may opt out of your ISN subscription at any time. You may do this by following the instructions at the bottom of NTA Monitor email communications.

The restrictions on the dissemination of personal information are not subject to change. The policy is updated occasionally but the changes will not reduce the privacy protection of visitors. If there are changes made in the future, they will not affect information already collected.

Security policies

The information contained in NTA Monitor's website, the ISN bulletin and FtP magazine should be used as advice and guidance - do not base your Internet security policies solely on the information contained in these sources.

NTA Monitor's ISN bulletin contains links to other websites. NTA Monitor is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these websites.
