Microsoft identifies one critical issue and two important issues in March's Patch Tuesday:

The most critical of these issues is a vulnerability in Windows Kernel which could allow remote code execution if a user views a specially crafted EMF or WMF image file from an affected system.

Important issues include vulnerabilities in SChannel as well as DNS and WINS Server which could allow spoofing.
