Microsoft has patched one critical and three important issues in its latest Patch Tuesday, all of which could result in remote code execution or privilege elevation if successfully exploited.

The critical flaw was found in Microsoft Agent and occured due to the way that Agent handles specially crafted URLs. The important flaws were found in Visual Studio, Windows Services for Unix and MSN Messenger/Windows Live Messenger; successful exploitation could result in either remote code execution or privilege elevation.
