Early in November, Google inadvertantly sent out the Kama Sutra worm to 50,000 Google Video subscribers. Three postings were made to an email list that sends out postings to the Google Video blog, which Google says "may have contained a virus called W32/Kapser.A@mm - a mass-mailing worm". A statement on the Google Video blog recommended running an anti-virus program to remove the worm.

Earlier this year it was widely reported that the Kama Sutra worm, which is spread as a malicious email attachment, was set to wipe multiple files on 3rd February, but it actually appeared to do little damage.
